How do you price my jewelry?
We take into account the market demand and desirability of your pieces. We don’t just purchase based on the weight. The designer, maker, age, and quality of the pieces all impact the valuation. In the case of diamonds, we obtain up to the minute market prices from multiple diamond buyers with international connections.
Am I obligated to sell my jewelry if I make an appointment?
Absolutely NOT! Our clients like our low key, hassle free process.
What forms of payment do you offer?
If our offer to purchase your diamond, fine jewelry, or luxury watch is accepted, you can choose to receive your payment by bank check, wire transfer, or cash. Clients who accept our offers can have check in hand that day or have a wire transfer within 24-hours.
How long does the process take?
Depending on the number of pieces you are looking to sell, the length of our selling process can vary. Majority of our transactions can be done quickly and clients leave with a check in hand or receive a wire transfer within 24-hours.
Do I have to leave my jewelry?
No. From the moment you arrive to the placement of the offer, your jewelry, diamonds, or luxury watch remains with you.
What if I need cash, but I have a strong emotional attachment to my jewelry?
Pawntique, our parent company, is an online pawn shop that offers short term collateral loans. By working with Pawntique we can provide short term loans using your diamonds, fine jewelry, or luxury watches as collateral. When the loan is paid off, your valuables are returned to you from our secure vault.
